जब परिणीति के रूप-रंग को लेकर उड़ाया जाता था मजाक

अभिनेत्री परिणीति चोपड़ा ने अपने रंग-रूप और शरीर की काया पलट कर बनीं महिलाओं की प्रेरणा…

मुंबई। हालांकि वजन घटाने को लेकर परिणीति चोपड़ा को सोशल मीडिया पर कई लोगों की आलोचनाओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, लेकिन अभिनेत्री का कहना है कि उन्हें अन्य महिलाओं के लिए प्रेरक बनने पर खुशी है। परिणीति ने जब ‘लेडीज वर्सिज रिकी बहल’ से बॉलीवुड में प्रवेश किया था, तब उनका वजन थोड़ा ज्यादा था। 

परिणीति ने इंस्टाग्राम पर अपनी एक पुरानी तस्वीर पोस्ट करने के साथ लिखा, “महिलाओं ने मुझसे कहा है कि मैंने उनकी जिंदगी बदल दी है। वे प्रसव के बाद बढ़ा वजन, किशोरावस्था के मोटापे जैसी समस्याओं से लड़ रही हैं और मैं उनकी प्रेरणा हूं। एक कलाकार के तौर पर मेरे लिए इससे बड़ी कोई उपलब्धि नहीं है।”

परिणीति ने आगे लिखा, “अगर मैं यह कर सकती हूं, तो आप भी कर सकते हैं। मैं हमेशा आप लोगों के साथ हूं। ढेर सारा प्यार।” अभिनेत्री ने कहा कि पहले उन्होंने अपने रूप-रंग को लेकर काफी संघर्ष किया है। उन्होंने कहा, “सारी जिंदगी मैंने अपनी लुक को लेकर संघर्ष किया है। मेरा मजाक उड़ाया जाता था, लेकिन मैं इन बातों को हंसी में उड़ा देती थी।

परिणीति ने कहा, “आज लोग मुझसे पूछते हैं कि क्या बॉलीवुड के दबाव में आकर मैंने अपना वजन घटाया है। इस पर मैं कहती हूं कि भगवान का शुक्र है कि मैं अभिनेत्री बनी और मुझ पर यह दबाव बना। मैं वह हासिल कर पाई, जो मैं अन्यथा नहीं कर पाती।”

BEFORE .. All my life, I have struggled with how I look, how I feel, and how people looked at me. I was constantly made fun of, but the person I was, I generously laughed with them. Today, many people ask me what triggered the weight loss, did I give in to the “bollywood pressure”? To that I say – thank god I became an actor and had that pressure! I am able to achieve what I couldn’t achieve otherwise. I feel more confident, I feel at peace, and I feel proud! Girls and women meet me all around the world, at airports, events, on the street; they hold my hand, hug me, and tell me their struggles and how I changed their lives. They show me their wallpapers, their wallets, and its all pictures of me!! They look at those pictures and want to make that change in their own lives. They look at my Built That Way campaign and have stuck it to their walls. I have seen women tear up and tell me I changed their life. Post delivery weight, teenage obesity, they are fighting it, and I am their inspiration. As an actor, There is no bigger achievement for me. I am glad to be a part of your life in this way. So thank you everyone. Thank You for making me feel loved. Like I always say – if I could do it. So can you. And I am always there for all of you …. Lots of love….
