Middle East Tensions: Tensions have flared up once again in the Middle East. Following Iran's missile strikes on Israel, Israel launched a powerful retaliatory operation on Monday, targeting several major cities, including Tehran.

According to reports, despite warnings from US President Donald Trump to hold back, Israel refused to back down and fired multiple missiles simultaneously at Iran. Following the strikes, explosions were heard in several areas, pushing the region into a state of high tension.

On the other hand, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that as soon as the incoming Iranian missiles were detected, sirens were sounded across the country, and air defense systems were activated.

The Israel Defense Forces further noted that this was Iran's first missile attack since the April 8 ceasefire agreement.

Israel's Heavy Strike on Hezbollah Strongholds

The Israeli Air Force (IAF) also appealed to the public on the social media platform X to remain vigilant and follow the issued instructions. This follows Sunday's intense Israeli airstrikes targeting Hezbollah strongholds in the Dahiyeh area of Beirut.

Israel maintained that this action was carried out in response to firing directed at its territory. Meanwhile, Ebrahim Rezaei, the spokesperson for the Iranian Parliament's National Security Committee, stated that Iran would deliver a harsh and decisive response to this action.
