श्याम बिहारी सिंह @ जबलपुर। सुरक्षित भविष्य को लेकर दुनिया भर में आए बदलाव का असर जबलपुर शहर के युवाओं पर भी पड़ा है। यहां के युवक अब 'आत्मनिर्भर बुढ़ापे में विश्वास कर रहे हैं। खासकर निजी क्षेत्र में नौकरी करने वालों को लगता है कि पेंशन तो नाममात्र मिलेगी, इसलिए निवेश के जरिए इतनी बचत कर ली जाए कि बुढ़ापा अच्छे ढंग से बीते। किसी पर निर्भरता ना रहे। साथ में अपनी मर्जी का काम कर सकें। इसके लिए युवा खर्च पर कंट्रोल रखने की भी आदत बना रहे है। उन्हें लगता है कि रिटायरमेंट की उम्र जल्दी तय कर ली जाए। क्योंकि, कुछ भी करने के लिए शारीरिक रूप से फिट रहना जरूरी है।
मंदी ने सिखाया
कोरोना काल में शहर में भी तमाम लोगों की नौकरियां गई थीं। उनमें से कुछ लोगों ने खुद का बिजनेस शुरू कर लिया। जिनके पास पूंजी नहीं थी, वे फिर नौकरी करने लगे। मंदी का बुरा अनुभव उनके साथ है। इंश्योरेंस सेक्टर में नौकरी करने वाले कुलदीप सिंह बंगा, प्रदीप पटेल, हिमांशु तिवारी ने बताया कि कोरोना काल में उनकी नौकरी चली गई थी। फिर से नौकरी मिल गई है। लेकिन, मंदी का अनुभव बहुत सिखा गया है। एक उम्र के बाद टार्गेट पूरा करना आसान नहीं होगा। वे चाहते हैं कि रिटायरमेंट के लिए ६० साल तक का इंतजार नहीं करेंगे। इसलिए अभी से निवेश के जरिए बचत करने लगे हैं।
बचत के फंडे सीख रहे हैं
मंदी के दौरान शहर के युवा रिस्क लेकर कमाई के फंडे भी आजमा रहे हैं। साथ में बचत के तरीके सीख रहे हैं। निजी स्कूल में अध्यापन करने वाले शाश्वत मिश्र ने बताया कि उनकी नौकरी कोरोना काल में चली गई थी। एक बात समझ में आई कि बचत और निवेश नहीं करेंगे, तो भविष्य में मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ेगा। इसलिए उन्होंने कुछ अच्छे पेंशन प्लान ले लिए हैं। शेयर मार्केट में भी निवेश कर रहे हैं। विवेक विश्वकर्मा ने बताया कि नौकरी छूट गई थी। घर वालों ने कहा कि अब बिजनेस करो। पूंजी थी, इसलिए पीने के पानी की सप्लाई का काम शुरू किया। यह काम ५० साल की उम्र तक करना है।
जानकारों ने बताया, करें कुछ ऐसा
शहर के निवेश क्षेत्र में काम करने वालों को भी यह अंदाजा हो गया है कि युवाओं की सोच में बदलाव आया है। इसलिए वे भी सकारात्मक सलाह दे रहे हैं। सलाह रहती है कि युवाओं को नौकरी शुरू करने के साथ निवेश की प्लानिंग शुरू कर देनी चाहिए। आमतौर पर निवेश के बारे में सोचने में देरी हो जाती है। इनमें से कुछ पीएफ और और बीमा जैसे लाभ के भरोसे रहते हैं। यह राशि पर्याप्त नहीं होती। इसलिए अच्छे रिटायरमेंट के लिए बचत का सही समय पहला वेतन मिलने का है। निवेश के जानकार अजय कुमार ने बताया कि 25 साल का युवक ५० साल में ही रिटायरमेंट चाहता है और वह सोचे कि इस दौरान एक करोड़ रुपए उसके पास होने चाहिए। ऐसे में बाजार के हिसाब से निवेश पर 12 प्रतिशत सालाना रिटर्न मिले, तो प्रतिमाह ढाई हजार रुपए निवेश करने होंगे।
