<p><strong>Saif Ali Khan Latest News:</strong> Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked with a knife at his home last night. Saif sustained serious injuries and has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where he underwent surgery. However, his condition is reported to be out of danger. Sources say Mumbai Police have found crucial evidence regarding the suspect who attacked Saif. The police have detained some suspects and are questioning them.</p>



<p>Given the high-profile nature of the case, 15 Mumbai Police teams are investigating the incident. Initially, Mumbai Police did not find any suspicious individuals in CCTV footage at Saif Ali Khan&#8217;s building, either at the gate or on his floor. This raised the question of how the assailant entered Saif&#8217;s home.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Suspects Caught on Camera</h2>



<p>Meanwhile, while checking the footage from all CCTV cameras in and around Saif&#8217;s building, police found two suspects in one CCTV recording. This footage is from Saif Ali Khan&#8217;s building complex.</p>



<p>Police suspect that one of the two individuals shown in the footage attacked Saif Ali Khan. However, the police have not yet reached a final conclusion and further investigation is underway.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How Did the Attacker Enter?</h2>



<p>During the investigation, police discovered another important piece of information. A person working in Saif&#8217;s building knows these two suspects, and there are suspicions of his involvement. Police are investigating this angle aggressively. Police teams are conducting raids to apprehend both suspects.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">15 Police Teams Investigating</h2>



<p>According to reports, following the attack on Saif Ali Khan, 7 Mumbai Police teams and 8 Crime Branch teams are investigating in various parts of the city. The main focus is determining how the assailant entered Saif Ali Khan&#8217;s building and home. The building has a fire exit and a duct area. However, police say they have not yet found evidence of the accused using either of these routes.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Suspicion on Saif&#8217;s Staff</h2>



<p>Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor live with their children in Satguru Sharan building in Bandra (West). Saif&#8217;s home is on the 12th floor. There is a private lift to his apartment. Police suspect the assailant used this lift to enter the home. However, this private lift cannot be used without an access card. Therefore, police suspect the attacker entered Saif&#8217;s home with the help of someone inside. Police are questioning Saif&#8217;s staff and recording their statements.</p>

<p>Israel Hamas Ceasefire: The day the entire world had been eagerly waiting for has finally arrived. Yes, the bloody conflict between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, ongoing for over a year, has finally ceased. An official ceasefire has been declared between the two. Both Israel and Hamas have agreed to release each other&#8217;s hostages, following which US President Joe Biden announced the successful negotiation of a ceasefire and hostage agreement between Israel and Hamas. This ceasefire will be completed in three phases. The deal includes a complete ceasefire, the withdrawal of the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) from Gaza, and the release of hostages, including Americans, in the first phase.</p>

<p>After announcing the ceasefire (Israel Hamas Ceasefire), Joe Biden presented the three phases for its completion. He stated that this agreement is structured in three phases –</p>



<p>1- The first phase will last 6 weeks. This includes a complete ceasefire, the withdrawal of the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) from all populated areas of Gaza (IDF in Gaza), and the release of many hostages held by Hamas, including women, the elderly, and the injured. American hostages will also be part of the first phase hostage release. In return, Israel will release hundreds of Palestinian prisoners, and during the first phase, Palestinians can also return to their neighbours in all areas of Gaza.</p>



<p>2- During these 6 weeks, Israel will negotiate the necessary arrangements to reach the second phase, which is the permanent end of the war. There are several details to negotiate to move from phase-1 to phase-2. But according to the plan, if it takes more than 6 weeks, the ceasefire will continue until the talks are ongoing.</p>



<p>When the second phase begins, there will be an exchange for the release of the remaining surviving hostages, including male soldiers, and all Israeli forces will be withdrawn from Gaza, and the temporary ceasefire will become permanent.</p>



<p>3- In the final and third phase, the last remains of the deceased hostages will be returned to their families, and a major reconstruction plan for Gaza will begin.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Likely to come into effect from January 19</h2>



<p>Following the release of a joint statement by Qatar, Egypt, and the United States, the three phases outlined by Joe Biden are expected to come into effect from January 19. This is because the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated in a statement that the State of Qatar, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the United States have announced that the parties to the conflict in Gaza have reached an agreement to release hostages and prisoners in exchange for hostages and return to lasting peace. This agreement is expected to come into effect on January 19, 2025.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Trump takes credit for the ceasefire!</h2>



<p>On the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, US President-elect Donald Trump has attempted to take credit for the ceasefire. This is evident from his statement. Donald Trump has stated that progress towards this ceasefire (Israel-Hamas Ceasefire) had already been made before his return to the White House. He also emphasised that &#8220;amazing things&#8221; are likely to happen once his administration is fully established and in power.</p>



<p>Sharing a post on the social media platform Truth Social, he (Donald Trump) wrote, “This epic ceasefire agreement was only possible as a result of our historic victory in November, as it signalled to the entire world that my administration would seek peace and bargain to ensure the safety of all Americans and our allies. We have achieved so much even before arriving at the White House. Just imagine what more victories my administration will be able to achieve for the United States when I return to the White House and my administration is fully established!”</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Benjamin Netanyahu thanks America</h2>



<p>Following the ceasefire (Israel Hamas Ceasefire) and hostage agreement between Israel and Hamas, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed with US President-elect Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden. He thanked Joe Biden for the release of the hostages and this agreement. Both leaders also agreed to meet soon in America to further these issues.</p>



<p>Netanyahu wrote on his social media account that they are committed to returning the hostages and said that America will work with Israel to ensure that Gaza never becomes a haven for terrorism. Netanyahu also thanked President Joe Biden for America&#8217;s help in advancing the hostage deal.</p>

The impact of snowfall in the hill states was also felt in the plains. Many states experienced cold-day conditions following rainfall. Some areas of Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan may experience rainfall on January 16. The IMD stated that a fresh western disturbance is likely to become active in the Western Himalayan region from January 18. <p>Delhi-NCR experienced fog throughout the day. Visibility dropped to zero in many areas. This caused delays to over 100 flights and 26 trains at Delhi&#8217;s Indira Gandhi International Airport. The chill increased in some areas after evening showers. Heavy snowfall occurred on Wednesday in the mountainous regions of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, leading to a drop in temperature.</p>

<p>Air India has issued an advisory for passengers travelling to and from Delhi in view of Republic Day (January 26). It wrote on X (formerly Twitter) requesting passengers travelling to and from Delhi between January 19 and 26 to allow extra travel time and check their flight status before heading to the airport, as travel may be disrupted due to Republic Day.
